Shipments and Returns Policy

Processing Time

• Please allow 2–4 business days for assembly before your order is shipped.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping

• We currently ship to Sweden and other EU countries.
• Orders are shipped using the most cost-effective tracked shipping option available.
• Delivery times vary by destination:
  • Sweden: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • EU countries: 4–10 business days after dispatch
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include tracking.

Taxes and Duties

• All prices include Swedish VAT where applicable.
• For EU customers, no additional customs duties apply.

Returns

• In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To initiate a return:
  1. Contact us at contact@coltiva.eu within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Refunds will include the product price and standard shipping cost.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions

• Customized or specially modified kits cannot be returned unless defective.
• Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
